I washed each one seperatly each day after he changed from his work clothes. Hung it on a hanger to dry, and there were the spots. It drove me crazy. well I tried washing with no softner and NO SPOTS. So for me it was the softner. Now I use Tide w/softner, and I have no problem with spots and still nice smelling shirts. I washed three red shirts together, with a whole load of laundry, and only one of the red shirts was ruined. Next load , another red shirt ruined. Only the red t-shirts seem to be affected. Did you ever find out why? Or how I can get these spots out? Fri, 24 May 2013 15:57:13 -0700 Melinda http://www.europeanopticalsociety.org/dr-laundry/spots-on-red-clothes/#comment-795
