Ketchup and hot dogs go hand in hand. Unfortunately, so do ketchup and stains.
Removing ketchup stains from whites
On the go
Carefully scrape away as much of the ketchup as possible with a spoon or butter knife. If possible, thoroughly rinse the stain from back to front with cool water.
At home
Gently rub a little detergent into the stain and let it sit 5–10 minutes. Then launder as usual with your favorite detergent along with Clorox® Regular-Bleach₁, concentrated for whites.
Removing ketchup stains from colors
On the go
Carefully scrape away as much of the ketchup as possible with a spoon or butter knife. If possible, thoroughly rinse the stain from back to front with cool water.
At home
Gently rub a little detergent into the stain and let it sit 5–10 minutes. Then launder as usual with your favorite detergent along with Clorox 2® Stain Fighter and Color Booster for colors.
