Wet fabric as long as possible to dissolve adhesive.
At home
Fully submerge the shirt in a solution of Clorox 2® Stain Fighter & Color Booster. Soak colored shirts for up to an hour and white shirts overnight. This should dissolve the adhesive from the sticker.
