Hi! I'm Tiffany. When I'm not chasing my son around for diaper changes, convincing my daughter not to wear goggles to bed, or trying to get unidentified stains out of my kids' clothes, I work in the marketing department at Clorox.

The 7 Day Clorox® Bleach Challenge

Other blogs document much more extreme challenges like “I will eat only Japanese mollusks every day for a year” or impossible feats like “I will not feed my child boxed Mac ‘n’ cheese for 30 days,” I’m going to keep it simple for now.
I’ve decided to challenge myself to a week of Clorox® Liquid Bleach use. 7 full days.
While working at Clorox, I’ve come across a slew of interesting and surprising uses for bleach, but I haven’t necessarily tried everything I’ve heard about. So in the spirit of getting ready for the fall season and taking my home cleaning to the next level, I’m busting out the bleach in full force for the next 7 days.
For those of you who want to play along, here are the official challenge rules:
1) I must use Clorox® Liquid Bleach (as directed) every day, for 7 days.
2) I must use bleach for a different use each day (no repeats!).
And then, just to make things interesting …
Using bleach in a load of white laundry doesn’t count!
Think it sounds easy? Care to join me on my 7-Day Clorox® Liquid Bleach Challenge? Or about to see if I fall flat on my face? Then follow my blog for the next week, and let’s see what happens!
To sweeten the deal for playing along, if you leave a comment or share a bleach tip during the challenge, you may have a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card. We will randomly select one commenter to win so the more you comment, the more chances you have to take home the prize!
No Purchase Necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. http://www.clorox.com/legal/promotions/ for full rules. Contest starts 10/20/11 & ends 11/2/11.

Okay it's already morning and I have used clorox today. My kiddos are gone for the weekend, so I clean the bathroom heavily while they are gone. I fill up the bathtub and put in a bit over a cup of clorox and let it soak most of the day and then drain and swipe it out easy as pie. I have scrubbing but wiping I can do. Another day another use of clorox.

I'll take the challenge! Today I used bleach in a spray bottle mixed with water to spray down my outside table after carving pumpkins on it. I wanted to have it really clean and i knew it would be! The table was clean and because there was a patio glass table I did that one too and it looked great! Thanks for cleaning up the yucky pumpkin guts!!

I'll take the Challenge! I used it yesterday to clean a fridge, I also use it in the toilet, tub, & kitchen sink (I've got a green one & it helps it look cleaner & brighter).

I'll take your challenge. I pour a cup of bleach in my toilet once a week, it helps keep the pipes clear, and it will also unclog a toilet if you let it sit for a few hours.

Love the challenge!!! I use the clorox mixed with water to clean my floors. Heaving 21 month old baby that plays more with his dinner which lands on the floor not in his stomach and the dog that is licking the food of the floors making the floors slippery but with Clorox I get them clean ans shining looking like NEW. Clorox is leaving the floors spotless
