So today I’m going to tackle my son’s high chair. I admit that I haven’t disinfected my son’s highchair in a long time. Sure, we give it the ol’ wipe down with a sponge after meal times, but have I disinfected it to kill the germs from all that old food that he successfully mashed into the nooks and crannies of his chair?  Definitely not recently.  And when I pause to think about it, I have found everything from pennies to unidentified green bits that I am sure resembled food at some point in its history.  So it was definitely time to give that chair a scrub-down.

While Max napped, I got a gallon of water, poured in ¾ cup Clorox® Regular-Bleach and started to wipe down the little man’s chair. It was really fast, and while I waited the 5 minutes for the chair to air-dry, I started moving around the kitchen, tackling some other quick surfaces with my Clorox® bleach solution — including our trash can, appliances, sinks and faucets. After about 10 minutes, I was done!

Day #5 and I’m feeling pretty good that we are in the homestretch … Whoot!
