Full individual member
Becoming a full individual member of EOS includes the following benefits:
- Reduced fees for all EOS-organised and EOS co-sponsored events. Please see our event calendar to discover the events where your EOS membership can save you a lot of money.
- Reduced publication rates for JEOS:RP - the electronic Journal of the European Optical Society - Rapid Publications at www.jeos.org.
- Full voting rights
- Reduced subscription prices for the EOS Journal of Optics A
- Free-of-charge subscription to the Opto&Laser Europe magazine
- 20% discount on all IOPP-books
- regular electronic EOS Newsletter
- postal communication from EOS, such as event announcements, annual directory
- German-speaking EOS members from abroad are entitled to a 50% discount on subscriptions to the German 'Photonik' magazine published by the EOS corporate member AT-Fachverlag

Full individual member via an EOS branch
If you are a member of one of the EOS branches below, you automatically are a full member of the EOS as well. All benefits of individual members apply.

Corporate member
The EOS represents more than 5000 voting individual and student members as well as several hundred companies and institutes. The European Optical Society is thus the true voice of modern optics and photonics in Europe.
The benefits of a corporate membership are:
