As co-chair of the  “Student paper award” , I would like your encourage young researchers to propose a paper at the IEEE Radio and Wireless Symposium (RWS 2009) that will be held in San Diego, CA, on 16 – 23 January 2009 as part of the Radio Wireless Week technical event.

In addition to oral presentations and posters, RWS 2009 includes workshops, panels, and an exhibition.

Deadline is 14 July 2008 for submission.
