To Remove Stains and Clean: Sort laundry by color. Fill the chlorine bleach machine dispenser to the maximum level and add the laundry. If you don’t have a dispenser, for best results add Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach 5 minutes after the wash cycle has begun. To pre-treat: Rinse or remove loose soil. Then fully soak the piece of laundry for 5 minutes in a solution of ¼ cup Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach to 1 gallon of cool water. Most white fabrics and some colored fabrics can be safely washed with this product. Test by applying one drop of a solution made of 2 teaspoons Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach plus ¼ cup water to a hidden part of the fabric. After one minute, blot dry. If there is no color change then the article can be safely bleached.
*Avoid bleaching wool, silk, mohair, leather, spandex and non-fast colors. Always read and follow precautions and usage directions before using cleaning products. Store out of reach of children.

Can I safely use Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach around children, pets and pregnant women?
Clorox's answer:
Yes. Used as directed, Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach shouldn’t pose hazards to your pets, children or pregnant women. In general, it's a good idea to remove pets and children from an area when cleaning it and to follow label precautionary instructions. When out of use, as with many household cleaners, you should keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
HE stands for "high efficiency", the next generation of washers that save water and energy. Since HE washers work differently, it is optimal to use a specially formulated bleach like Clorox® HE Bleach. Clorox® HE bleach safely eliminates odor causing residue build-up in HE Machines. The Thicker formula also offers better control in HE dispensers.
How is Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach different from Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach, concentrated?
Clorox's answer:
We’ve done a great deal of research to ensure we are meeting consumer’s needs. In the Clorox® High Efficiency Bleach, concentrated, the new Clorox® Bleach bottle will be easier to handle and easier to use in high-efficiency washing machines, which have built-in bleach dispensers. In addition, the concentrated formula will provide improved whitening on clothes. And because the size of the bottle will be smaller, we can significantly reduce the amount of water used in bleach and the amount of packaging used, which is better for the environment.
